In recent days, we have heard and read many reports about storms and floods occurring in different parts of the country. These are dangerous natural disasters that cause severe damage to homes, crops, and the environment, greatly affecting people’s lives.

A storm is a dangerous natural phenomenon that often occurs during the rainy season in Vietnam. When a storm hits, strong winds and heavy rain can uproot trees, blow off roofs, and destroy crops. In coastal areas, high waves and rising sea levels can cause flooding. Storms not only lead to property damage but also threaten people’s safety and daily life. After the storm, local communities work together to clean up, repair damages, and support one another to rebuild their lives.

Flooding occurs when prolonged rainfall makes rivers and streams overflow, submerging homes and farmland. Floodwater often carries away trees, soil, and belongings, causing great difficulties for local residents.
